Comments: Home shirt worn by Dortmund during their 1997/98 campaign. Features commemorative Champions League Sieger '97 print on reverse, celebrating their Champions League triumph a few months earlier.

Rare version of the shirt featuring the famous 'Die Continentale' sponsor as was produced before the very late change of sponsor to 'S.Oliver' as the season started.

The squad included the likes of Andreas Möller, Lars Ricken, Matthias Sammer, Steffen Freund, Paulo Sousa and Paul Lambert. 

Their European title defence fell short at the semi-final stage at the hands of would-be winners; Real Madrid.
