Comments: Classic home shirt worn by Malta during their qualification campaign for EURO '88. Short-sleeved diagonal design shirt was only worn by Malta against Italy on 6/12/1986. Italy won 2-0 despite Alessandro Altobelli missing two penalties.

Worn by Michael Degiorgio who won 78 caps for his country between 1981-1993.

The squad also included John Holland, John Butigieg, Ray Mifsud, Michael Woods, Ray Vella, Carmel Busuttil, Leonard Farrugia, Martin Scicluna and Joseph John Aquilina.

Made in Yugoslavia. Very minor wear to Adidas logo.
